Art Kits for Seniors
At a time when everyone is asked to stay home, we feel no kid should lose the opportunity to be creative and expressive. All People Arts, in association with the Ohio Alliance for Arts Education, is putting together Art Kits for Kids. Each kit comes complete with supplies and a guidebook with creative prompts for kids to work from. Each $10 donation goes directly to supporting a bag.
Senior Art Club
At a time when everyone is asked to stay home, we feel no senior should lose the opportunity to be creative and expressive. All People Arts, in association with United Way of Central Ohio and PNC Bank, is putting together Art Kits for Seniors.
Walt Neil Mural League
The Walt Neil Mural League is a program of All People Arts and seeks to further APA’s mission of making art inclusive and accessible to all people on the South Side of Columbus and beyond. The Walt Neil Mural League serves as a community liaison, an advocate for artists, as well as provides community beautification through art.
We serve as a community liaison by bringing together organizations and communities to complete collaborative murals. We are a liaison between local artists, local spaces, and organizations. As we connect artists with opportunities to complete murals on the South Side and beyond, we provide artists with resources necessary to get the job done, as well as advocate for them to be paid a living wage. The completion of murals bring neighbors together, increase community pride, and beautify the neighborhood.
We are continuously seeking to build a community of people to carry out this mission. If you are a local artist, building owner, community organizer, or anyone who feels they can contribute to The Walt Neil Mural League in some way, e-mail us at walimuralleague@allpeoplearts.com.
